All appointments are booked through our secure online booking portal at book.squareup.com. Select your service, choose your preferred date and time, and confirm your booking. You will receive a confirmation by email.

Once your booking is confirmed, follow our hair preparation guidelines and arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled time. Your stylist will meet you, confirm your goals, and get started.

For most services, you must arrive with your hair thoroughly washed, completely detangled, and blow-dried straight from roots to ends. This is not optional — it is essential for safety and for achieving the best possible results. Arriving with unprepared hair may require your appointment to be adjusted or rescheduled.
